What kind of companies use Premier Automation Contracts & Engineering?

Premier works with all sizes of business, from small independent companies to large national corporations.

 

How do you find so many highly qualified candidates?

Premier has placed many candidates, who have been very satisfied with our placement services. They in turn refer highly skilled people to us. We also use a variety of recruitment strategies, including online job boards and ads.

 

If I need a certain piece of equipment do you have it?

If we don’t, we will take care of sourcing it, and it will be available for you to lease.

 

Can you provide staffing internationally?

Yes. We serve all of North America, and are expanding further every year. With a wide network, we can provide staff in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and beyond.

 

What are the risks with Contract-to-Hire?

There is no risk to you. Premier is the employer of record, so once the contract is ended, you have no obligation to the contracted employee.

 

I need an Engineer to supervise my own employees for just a few days during a line installation…is there a minimum job size or length?

No, there’s no minimum. We’re happy to provide the staff you need, for any size project.

 

We’re moving from one facility to another and need hundreds of electricians, skilled labor, and general labor for an extended time. Can you provide that many people?

Our concern is quality over quantity, but we have an impressive pool of talent. Chances are, we will be more than able to staff your project fully. However, if we cannot, we will be honest with you about providing the qualified staff that are available, and will help you fill the positions left open. We will NEVER simply send you bodies to fill slots, without regard for qualifications or safety.

Are there fees associated with registering to become employed with Premier?

No. Premier’s services are free to the employee, fees are paid by our client companies.

 

How can I submit my resume?

You can submit your resume online at http://search2.smartsearchonline.com/premierac/jobs/process_jobsearch.asp or email it to resume@premierac.com. We will retain your information for future opportunities. There is no need to submit your information more than once.  Also, when you submit your resume by email, please send it as an attachment in a Word doc.

 

Does Premier offer only contract jobs?

No, Premier offers several types of working opportunities depending on our client company’s needs and requests. Some of our contract assignments are temp-to-hire. This allows both you and the client a chance to determine whether a particular job/company is a good fit. If you would only like to be considered for permanent placement, please discuss this with a recruiter during your initial consultation.

 

How long will it take to place me in a position?

It depends on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability; including your skills, availability, and flexibility.

 

What type of pay and benefits does Premier offer?

Wages are determined individually according to the position and the skill set required.  Medical, dental and vision insurance are made available for a competitive price for employees. Premier also offers paid holidays and vacation.
